Vaping.com offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders that have a basket size of $50 or
over, after any discount or coupon is applied. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout.

How long until my order ships?
Orders placed befor
e 3pm will ship same day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

How long will my vaping.com order take to arrive?
Depending on which shipping option you chose your order can take up to 7 days to arrive, the estimated delivery times for our shipping options are as follows: 

Free Shipping 2-7 business days from despatch
USPS First Class Mail 2-7 business days
USPS Priority 1-4 business days* in transit
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business days

Where does vaping.com ship to?
Vaping.com ships to all 50 US states, as well as armed forces addresses. We ship internationally, to an ever-expanding list of countries, if your country is not in the drop down please let us know and we will do our best to open up in that location.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

How are replacement parts shipped?
Replacement products and parts are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.

International orders
It is the responsibility of all international customers to be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country.

Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Vaping.com is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
