Delayed / Lost Deliveries
If the first delivery attempt of your order has not been made within 15 business days from the date of dispatch (date of your Shipping Notification email) we will give you the option of a full refund. Please contact email@example.com.
We will accept a return, within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided the item(s) are in the same condition as when they left our warehouse and are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (this policy does not apply to any items designated non-returnable on our website). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
You will be provided with a shipping address. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items and you bear the risk of loss or damage during shipment, so we recommend you use a trackable delivery service and consider insuring your shipment. Please take care to address the package exactly as instructed. Products cannot be reshipped if the refund has been rejected
When we receive an item back, it will be inspected, and you will receive an email to let you know that we have received it and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will refund the purchase price & any tax paid, less the original shipping & handling costs. If the order qualified for free shipping and is returned, we will deduct our shipping fee from the refund.
Defective or Faulty Devices
If your device develops a fault within thirty (30) days of you receiving it, please email email@example.com and attach a photo or video of the fault. We will then provide you with further instructions. If you have had your device for longer than 30 days, please contact the manufacturer whose warranty may cover your device.
Refunds are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of us receiving the item(s). Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
