Getting started vaping for the first time isn’t as easy as going to the local store and buying a pack of cigarettes - you have to find the right mod, match it with the right coils and batteries, find a vape juice that you like, and then figure out how to put it all together.
With all of these things that you need to know just to get your mod screen to turn on, your first vape can become confusing. We want to help you navigate through this process and give you a few first time vaping tips to get the maximum amount of pleasure and enjoyment on your first time using a vape.
Every Vaper Has A First Vaping Experience
Some vapers love blowing huge clouds, doing vape tricks and bringing as much attention to their vaping session as possible. Every now and then you’ll see them out and about with their vape mods, just subtly visible behind a dense vape fog with a small group of interested people surrounding them in curiosity. However, not every vaper begs for this type of attention. In fact, some vapers live in areas where vaping is much more restricted, looked down upon, or maybe even illegal. While some vapers command to be the centre of attention, others have a much different objective. If anything, they seek the opposite - the ability to seem totally invisible while they are vaping.
At times, we just want to vape in peace, without the awkward stares or question from others. This is where “stealth vape” is extremely useful. In this guide, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know to vape like you’re invisible; from the perfect stealth mods to the expert
If you’re a fan of clouds, cloud chasing or vape tricks, you’ve probably come across the term “mechanical mods” or “mech mods” several times. For someone unfamiliar with what mechanical vape mods are and how they work, mechanical vapes can seem extremely complex and difficult to understand. Those who watch vaping videos on YouTube are often curious about why the mods they see on the videos aren’t the same as the vape mods they see at their local vape shop. In this post, we’re going to explore the world of mechanical mods, and give you some insight into using one safely.
Mechanical Mods Explained
Mechanical mods (also known as mech mods) aren’t as sophisticated as they seem. Basically, a mech mod is a device that supplies pure battery power to an atomizer. While mech mods seem like complex contraptions that can only be understood by electrical engineers, it turns out mech mods are

There are thousands of vape juice options on the market, but unfortunately, they aren’t all made equally. Juice companies that take pride in their juices are able to create smooth flavours that are consistent and maintain the flavours that the manufacturer intended. Sometimes though, vape juices are much harsher than expected and may even have a less than desirable alcohol flavoured taste. While sometimes this may be due just a terrible flavour blend, other times it can be something more manufacturer based - it may be a result of a lack of steeping by the manufacturer. Luckily, if your manufacturer didn’t pre-steep your vape juice, it’s really not too difficult to do it yourself, at home! In this post, we will examine all the steps to steeping vape juice the right way so that you can get the full flavour profile of every juice you vape!
What Is Steeping Vape Juice, Exactly?
By definition, steeping means to soak something in water

A new bill has been introduced in Congress which, if passed, will prevent the FDA from banning 99.9% vapour products next year.
The cross-party draft law - known as the FDA Deeming Authority Clarification Act of 2017 - was tabled Thursday by Tom Cole (R-OK) and Sandford Bishop (D-GA) and is now gaining traction in Washington. If the bill passes it will move what is known as the "predicate date" for vapour products; all those that were on the market on 8 August 2016 would not now be subjected to a regulatory system so overbearing it amounts to a ban due to its cost and complexity.
“Vapour products offer a promising path for harm reduction for those seeking to quit or limit their smoking,” said Rep. Bishop. “This legislation would ensure the FDA’s regulatory process does not limit the availability of safer tobacco options for those seeking

For new vape users, vaping nicotine levels can be confusing. After finally deciding on a great vape juice that seems like it fits your flavour profile, now you have to decide what nicotine level you will vape at. Although smokers rarely ever know the nicotine levels in cigarettes, when it comes to vaping, nic levels are important. If you are wondering “what strength of vape juice should I use” or “how much nicotine should I vape”, then the following post is for you! We will explore the most available vape juice nicotine options to help you decide which level is best for you!
What is Nicotine?
In general, nicotine is a nitrogen-containing chemical that is naturally occurring in plants of the nightshade family. This plant family includes the tobacco plant, but also contains many other plants and vegetables including aubergines, potatoes and tomatoes. Historically, nicotine was
True to their word, FDA have conducted their first sting operations on both brick and mortar and online stores, sending kids to attempt to purchase newly regulated products and issuing sternly worded letters to any vendor who let them.
You can find the list of companies that got letters here.
In their letters, FDA warn companies about the provisions that vapour products are now subject to:
“FDA has determined that your e-liquid is misbranded under section 903(a)(7)(B) of the FD&C Act (21 U.S.C. § 387c(a)(7)(B)) because you sold this product to a person younger than 18 years of age” the letters begin.

Today, 6 February 2018, Public Health England has released a ground-breaking independent evidence review on the effects of vaping. It has continued in the vein of their previous review in 2015 (where the famous "95% safer" statistic came from) - and this time, it's worth bearing in mind, with 3 more years research and experience to draw from.
Public Health England is an executive agency of the Department of Health, so it is effectively the voice of government, and sets the agenda for public health across the country.
Coming at a time of year when sensationalist rhetoric threatens to undermine quit attempts around the globe, Public Health England (PHE) has once again shown itself as a voice of reason, and the driving force behind making the UK the most vape friendly place in the world.
The main findings
Stanton Glantz has been sued for sexual harassment by a former postdoctoral researcher at the University of California, San Francisco, Buzzfeed reports.
In a year that has seen high profile stars such as Kevin Spacey and Harvey Weinstein accused of serious sexual crimes, Glantz – an outspoken critic of vaping – has been accused of forcing his former subordinate to hug her, repeatedly staring at her body, and displaying “misogynistic and racially insensitive behaviour”.
Glantz's accuser, Eunice Neely, claims that she was forced to leave UCSF due to his actions and the inability or unwillingness of the University to address them. She left her job in 2017.
In late 2016, Neely claims that Glantz described an orgy scene from a film while the pair were alone in a dimly lit room. The complainant had never seen the film in question, but Glantz assumed she had watched it because all of the main characters were black.
She also claims that Glantz had told students

The British Government has started a crackdown on eliquid that is packaged like well known food products, yanking products from shelves including some that are designed to look like Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
Trading Standards - the UK Government Agency that enforces the law on consumer products - removed six different brands of eliquid including Murica, which is presented in a box identical to a McDonalds apple pie; and Krispy Vape, which is presented in a Krispy Kreme style box. Other brands removed from sale included Milky Cones, Milkshake Man and Drippy Lee Pounding Clouds.
A spokesman for the local Council, which oversees trading standards, said:
“I’m pleased that our Trading Standards team have investigated and removed these potentially harmful products from sale in Knowsley.
The safety of customers is always our highest priority and I’m concerned that young children could be attracted to these products because of their appearance.
